Blockquotes

Single line blockquote:

Stay hungry. Stay foolish.

Multi line blockquote with a cite reference:

People think focus means saying yes to the thing you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I’m actually as proud of the things we haven’t done as the things I have done. Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things.

Steve Jobs – Apple Worldwide Developers’ Conference, 1997

Text that breaks boundaries

If you simply add the class alignwide to a text block, whether it's a paragraph, blockquote, or heading, that text will break the boundaries of the content area like so…

I'm a simple paragraph block with a class added of alignwide. Pretty cool huh? I thought you might like that a whole heck of a lot! So how do you add alignwide to a block? In the right hand panel, under Advanced simply type alignwide in the Additional CSS Classes field.

What about me? I'm a blockquote with alignwide set. Per mattis volutpat iaculis tempus dictumst rhoncus ornare mi maecenas, interdum donec venenatis malesuada nisi viverra amet vivamus, ridiculus facilisi congue vulputate cras a massa placerat.

— A cool person

One thing to be aware of is that when you add alignwide to a block, make sure to add padding around it, too. 1rem should do it!
